When Contacting Us For Support

You can obtain technical support for our products by telephone, fax, or email, but please bear in mind that the telephone is much easier and quicker - we may need to ask you for further information about your system.

When contacting us for technical support, please be ready to provide us with the following information:
  Your Customer Identification Number, contact details or address
  The operating system used (e.g. Windows 98, 2000, XP or 7)
  Other software installed on the PC or network
  Version of product that you are installing or running
  Specification of your PC i.e. free hard disk space, memory, processor speed.
